I understand that life doesn't always go to plan, and sometimes appointments need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I simply ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Providing notice allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur a $50 cancellation fee. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.

I also value your time. I do my very best to run on schedule, be prepared for your appointment, and give you the time and attention you deserve. In return, I kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can make the most of your consultation together.
